A light pressure, full body Swedish massage that incorporates aromatic oils, scalp massage and heat to create a mentally and physically relaxing experience.

Massage-Deep Tissue Therapeutic
For the client who always wishes they had more pressure or has specific injury treatment goals. The focus is not on relaxation but improvement to muscular imbalance, loosening the fascia and or injury rehab. May be sore 1-2 days. Typically not full body unless 90 minutes or more.

Massage-Firm to Deep Pressure
We are taking the pressure to the next level. For the client that wants to feel like they have gotten some focus work done on 1-2 specific areas but doesn’t necessarily want to be sore the next day. Can be customized to only focus on the specific areas of treatment but can also be customized to include aromatic oils and heat just like the relaxation massage.

90 Minute Hot Stone Massage
Typically a full body massage with light to deep Swedish. The primary goal is deep relaxation but can accommodate 1-2 areas of focus.
